Should the audit or factual investigation require a substantial period of time, the Applicant respectfully requests that the Representative Auditor provide written notice to that effect, together with an indication of the anticipated scope of the investigation and the expected timeframe for a response.

Furthermore, if the matters addressed in this Request fall within the jurisdiction of another department or administrative division of Yokohama City, the Applicant would appreciate it if this Request could be forwarded to the appropriate office or if such other appropriate administrative measures as may be necessary could be taken.

This matter directly concerns:

• Yokohama City's administration of a public contract;
• the Applicant's contractual employment status; and
• civil proceedings currently pending before the Tokyo District Court.

For these reasons, the Applicant respectfully requests that this matter receive careful and appropriate consideration.
